Return & Refund Policy!

1. Misprinted / Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a problem report within 30 days of receiving the item. We’ll cover the cost of the replacement if the issue is deemed an error on our part.

2. Lost in Transit

Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If confirmed, the issue will be resolved at our expense.

3. Return Address & Unclaimed Returns

  • Returns are sent by default to our supplier.

  • When a return is received, you will be notified via email.

  • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

  • If a different return address is used, you will be responsible for any handling or reshipment costs.

4. Wrong Address

If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, the shipment will be returned to our supplier. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility once the correct address is confirmed.

5. Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is unclaimed and returned, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the product to yourself.

6. Returns by Customer

Customers should contact us before initiating a return.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or unwanted products, except for customers residing in Brazil (see below).

If you choose to accept such returns at your discretion, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.

7. Special Note for Customers in Brazil

Customers in Brazil may return an item within 7 days of receipt. They must contact us and provide a photo of the item. Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and undamaged. Refunds are not possible if the item was used or damaged in any way.

8. EU Consumer Notice

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return for hygiene reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion in accordance with this directive.

9. Legal Language

This Return Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of translations for other purposes.
